Hello and welcome! I'm a licensed clinical social worker, and a holistic trauma recovery specialist. I've worked with individuals, partners, groups and families for over 25 years.
This site is devoted to helping you and your loved ones heal from the trauma of bereavement and complicated grief. My practice is devoted to supporting our healing process through spiritually uplifting, transformative methods that honor our relationships, and help accelerate the healing process.

Transmuting deep despair to a deepening sense of inner peace, in the appropriate time for each individual, is our main goal. My work honors the healing process, allows for developing a safe space to heal, and helps deepen our awareness of our true self, and our true eternal connection to our loved ones.
My training with Rochelle Wright, M.S., in Repair and Reattachment Grief Therapy (Guided Afterlife Connections), brought me the ability to help people reconnect with their loved ones in a sacred, special, uniquely important way. RRGAC is a newer discovery utilizing EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) in a full day healing process.
My training with Dr. Brian Weiss in Past Life Regression Therapy expanded my opportunity to guide clients who wish to experience this method in a 90 minute session. Past Life Regression Therapy, including regressions to memories in this life, helps bring a deeper understanding to our connections to our loved ones. It's a method practiced for many years, presently receiving more attention through Dr. Weiss' on-going trainings. He has trained psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, ministers, and light workers of many healing vocations, since his first book, Many Lives, Many Masters in 1988.
